Is Arkon Vault another AI?+
No. Arkon Vault is the continuity layer between the AI tools you already use. It keeps the authoritative project state, decisions, handoffs, and next step available across those tools.
Does the connector read every conversation?+
No. The connector receives only information deliberately supplied to a Vault tool. Optional Arkon Sync is separate Windows software that can send limited session-derived project records to your private Vault; it does not upload complete raw transcripts or full assistant responses.
Do I need Arkon Sync?+
No. Supported AI connectors can use Vault without the Windows companion. Arkon Sync is optional and helps local AI projects and supported session folders stay continuous across PCs.
Does Arkon lock me into one AI?+
No. Cross-vendor continuity is the point. Install Arkon Vault from ChatGPT’s Plugins directory or Claude’s connector directory, or authorize another compatible MCP client. You can revoke one connection without disconnecting the rest.
Can I export or delete my data?+
Yes. Your signed-in account provides a tenant-scoped export, connection revocation, and a verified deletion-request workflow. Uninstalling Sync stops future uploads but does not silently delete records already stored in your Vault.
What does it cost?+
Vault Solo starts at $3 per month. Review the current plan details before checkout, and manage invoices, payment details, or cancellation through the verified billing portal.
Does this public site use advertising analytics?+
No. The site records only daily aggregate counts when someone deliberately opens Vault, reviews plans, opens the ChatGPT or Claude marketplace listing, or starts a design-partner email. It uses no analytics cookie, unique visitor ID, fingerprint, advertising tracker, or project/session content. These counts are directional—not attribution.
We are exploring other places where useful work gets fragmented, buried, or repeated. New products will appear here only when they are ready to be trusted.
